Job description

Site Lead (Instructor/Writer - Lead)

Summary:
Serves as the on-site supervisor for contractor staff supporting JTA TSD at Fort Eisenhower. Ensures training delivery, contract compliance, and effective communication with Government representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate work schedules of instructor/writers.

  • Serve as primary point of contact with the COR for daily operations.

  • Resolve administrative and minor performance issues.

  • Ensure timely completion of reports, rosters, and deliverables.

  • Oversee adherence to training standards, security protocols, and classroom requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI/T5.

  • Experience supervising training or instructional staff.

  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and team management.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with all Targeting Instructor/Writer duties.

*Position contingent on contract win.
