Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Project Master Scheduler leads the planning and scheduling function responsible for constructing, maintaining, and publishing the Master Ship Schedule (MSS), Pier Schedules, and vessel-specific schedules across SubCom's operational portfolio. This role ensure that all Operations Plans of Work (OPOWs) accurately reflect cross-functional planning inputs and schedule lock requirements. The position interfaces with Project Management, Factory & Sub-System Planning, Supply Chain, Fleet Operations, and Project Schedulers to proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate operational capacity constraints. The Senior Manager ensures delivery of accurate, consistent schedules that drive execution efficiency, minimize operational risk, and support both internal and client reporting requirements.
