    Job Description: 

    Logility is looking for our next Director of Growth Marketing. This role is responsible for executing the marketing programs that ensure sufficient stage 1 opportunities are identified to achieve annual bookings goals. This person with have the ability to deliver year over year pipeline growth by designing and directing the execution of marketing programs by using a data driven approach to assess and realign programs to deliver revenue targets. The Director of Growth Marketing will have a domain expertise in growth marketing, demand generation strategy, and demand capturing campaigns including relevant tools and analytical processes. They will need to utilize a modern, current, and relevant digital strategy to engage core audience and deliver annual growth goals.

    The Director of Growth Marketing will also be responsible for directing and empowering the growth marketing team (campaign managers, events, content, digital, and design) to develop and execute programs that increase brand awareness, improve market perception, and deliver lead conversions to support pipeline development in core industry-segments. The ability to execute marketing programs that support revenue and growth objectives including new logo and customer x-selling/up-selling will be integral to a candidates success in this role. You will need the ability to leverage data and cohort analysis to improve targeting and conversion (eg. TAM, intent marketing), while effectively managing efficiency of spend. The next Director of Growth Marketing at Logility will need to make data-driven decisions and optimizations to continually improve lead flow from all lead generation channels and direct the content team to identify and drive the creation of specific assets to support demand generation initiatives. They will be responsible to define compelling prospect experiences that lead to conversion and execute A/B tests on media formats, ads, targeting, and landing pages. Our next Growth Marketing leader will also present monthly deep dive reviews of marketing performance and business impact to the Marketing Leadership Team. 

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of leading demand generation for successful, high-growth B2B software organizations with complex sales cycles (i.e. supply chain, enterprise ERP).  
    • Knowledgeable in supply chain planning and understanding the challenges clients face.  
    • Experience managing marketing budgets, funnel performance, and forecasts, to achieve new sales and revenue growth goals. 
    • Demonstrated experience as a people manager, prioritizing activities, inspiring teams, and keeping the team on task to achieve goals. 
    • Experience with marketing automation and intent tools.
