Snowflake Inc. is looking for a Field Marketing Manager based in San Francisco or Seattle. You will be responsible for supporting the West Enterprise Acquisition Sales Team in developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with Snowflake's sales, sales development and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute activities.

In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing programs and events that drive pipeline, support sales objectives, and increase customer and prospect engagement.

  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of field events, including customer events, executive programs, hospitality experiences, webinars, roadshows, and third-party industry events.

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align field marketing strategies with regional business priorities and pipeline goals.

  • Collaborate with Alliances, Partner Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic sponsorships and joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, inventory, staffing, and onsite execution to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.

  • Create and execute event promotion and follow-up strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, and pipeline generation.

  • Establish event goals and success metrics, track campaign performance, and report on pipeline contribution, ROI, and business impact.

  • Manage and maintain the regional field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and spend.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support successful program execution.

  • Develop creative marketing programs and event strategies that address regional business challenges and drive measurable results.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with sales and marketing stakeholders throughout the planning, execution, and post-event lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of B2B field marketing experience, with deep expertise supporting acquisition and net-new logo motions.

  • Knowledge of using marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, wordpress

  • Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field

  • General verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations

  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills

  • Embodies strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales

  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude

  • Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.

  • Able to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours/week

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

  • This position requires a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days per week in office.
