This role offers autonomy, fast pace, and real impact.

No employer sponsorship available. Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Brand & community

  • Find creative ways to build brand awareness among prospective customers
  • Manage reviews on social sites such as G2; respond to complaints and suggestions
  • Seek and promote opportunities across channels — podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and company events

Social & email

  • Post regularly to company accounts via HubSpot CRM; collaborate with the graphic designer on assets, measure effectiveness, and respond to comments
  • Create a monthly email newsletter featuring blog posts, infographics, news stories, and more
  • Support the strategy, execution, and management of integrated email marketing campaigns

Paid media

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other platforms

Events & conferences

  • Manage webinars, virtual conferences, in-person conferences, and sponsorships
  • For in-person events: research opportunities, reserve exhibit space, execute contracts, manage booth logistics, maintain deadline calendars, create ads and signage, and submit speaking proposals
  • Maintain a calendar of business, industry, and product awards; manage on-time submissions

Cross-functional & analytics

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to enhance the customer journey and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with staff at all levels as well as clients and partners
  • Analyze performance against goals and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proactively communicate and report on performance to the larger team
  • Stay current on market trends, industry insights, and emerging digital marketing tools
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders
What makes you a great match
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience across demand generation, paid search, paid social, conference and webinar management (preferably in a small tech environment)
  • High agency and sense of urgency — you jump in, roll up your sleeves, and own your work without being pushed
  • Self-directed team player who thrives under pressure
  • Proven dedication to constant learning and skills growth
  • Track record of successful marketing initiatives relevant to the duties above
  • Superb written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field
  • Must reside in the greater Austin metro area
Benefits & perks

  • 100% employer-paid health, vision & dental for employee and all dependents
  • Company-paid gym membership or ClassPass
  • 100% paid parental leave
  • Responsibly managed unlimited PTO + paid company holidays
  • 401(k) with immediate vesting and 3% employer contribution
  • Company DoorDash and Lunchdrop account
  • Professional development opportunities
