    The Systems Training & Digital Adoption Specialist designs, develops and delivers learning solutions that drive adoption of business systems and operational processes. This role partners with Continuous Improvement and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create role-based training, digital adoption content and performance support resources that improve employee readiness, system proficiency and business performance. The position supports technology implementations, process changes and continuous improvement initiatives through effective learning design and user enablement.

    Essential Job Functions:
    The Systems Training & Digital Adoption Specialist reports to the Business Systems Training Manager within the Talent Development team and supports employee readiness, business system adoption, and digital enablement initiatives across the organization. This position develops eLearning and performance support solutions, manages digital adoption content, contributes to Super User program enablement, and partners with SMEs to improve system proficiency and operational performance. The role leverages technology, data, and instructional design best practices to improve the learner experience and business outcomes.
    • Reviews and refines systems training content to align with instructional design standards, business objectives, and learner needs while recommending improvements
    • Partners with SMEs, Continuous Improvement teams, and stakeholders to analyze business processes and develop role-based learning solutions for enterprise systems and operational workflows
    • Facilitates instructor-led and virtual training sessions and adapts delivery based on audience needs, engagement and skill level
    • Designs and develops eLearning, videos, simulations, job aids, user guides and other learning resources that support employee performance and business system adoption
    • Develops digital adoption content and embedded performance support resources using platforms such as SAP Enable Now, WalkMe or similar tools to guide users within business systems and workflows
    • Maintains and organizes digital learning content, standards, metadata and governance practices to ensure quality, scalability and ease of access
    • Supports system implementations, upgrades, and business process changes through training development, communications support, learner readiness activities, and adoption planning
    • Supports Super User program enablement through resource development, training facilitation, and ongoing performance support
    • Evaluates learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, learner feedback, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actions

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Minimum three years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate, technical, software or business systems environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Information Systems or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
    • Experience in creating eLearning for enterprise software applications, business systems, ERP, CRM, HCM or operational technology platforms
    • Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks, adult learning principles and performance improvement strategies
    • Proficiency with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia or similar tools
    • Experience with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, SAP Enable Now or similar technologies
    • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training
    • Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to analyze workflows, document business processes, and create effective learning solutions
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for learner-facing materials and stakeholder collaboration
    • Ability to analyze training effectiveness using learner feedback, business metrics, and system adoption data
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work based on deadlines and business needs
