Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior or Principal Full Stack Developer to support enterprise-grade application development in Coppell, TX. This hands-on role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing scalable full stack solutions, leveraging expertise in backend and frontend technologies, software architecture, and Agile Scrum delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core, SQL, async programming, and REST APIs (40–50% of work)
• Develop and enhance frontend applications using Angular (50–60% of work)
• Apply software architecture principles to design scalable and maintainable solutions
• Perform data modeling and contribute to technical design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and troubleshooting
• Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to improve development processes
• Good-to-have tech stack: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and knowledge of CQRS design pattern
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong backend expertise in .NET Core, SQL, async programming, and REST APIs
• Strong frontend experience with Angular
• Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Solid understanding of software architecture and data modeling
Preferred:
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
