    RH is seeking a strategic and results-driven Leader of Inventory Procurement to architect and elevate our end-to-end procurement strategy. This leader will optimize inventory investment, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure the right product is available at the right time to support an exceptional client experience.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the development and execution of inventory procurement strategies aligned with business goals and demand forecasts
    • Drive supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability
    • Optimize inventory levels across categories, balancing availability, working capital, and risk mitigation
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align procurement with product lifecycle and demand planning
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory health
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability within procurement operations
    • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

    OUR REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience leading inventory procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
    • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that impact profitability and service levels
    • Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization strategies
    • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams
    • Collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively
       

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or in meetings
    • Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds (e.g., product samples, materials
    • Occasionally travel as needed (domestic and/or international) to meet with suppliers, visit warehouses, or support business needs
