Anchor each priority to a clear question, decision date, decision owner, and value at stake, and ensure insights translate into decisions and action.

    • Serve as an agile problem-solving leader across the scientific and operations remit, rapidly deploying to the most consequential functional and cross-functional priorities rather than operating through fixed workstreams.

    • Lead priority work end to end: define the decision and hypotheses; determine the analytical approach; mobilize the right data, capabilities, and experts; synthesize findings; recommend a course of action; and track impact.

    • Integrate scientific and operational information into decision-ready views of options, dependencies, uncertainties, and trade-offs, including research prioritization, development choices, evidence generation, trial execution, supply capacity, and readiness.

    • Build reusable decision products and analytical capabilities, including scenario models, evidence maps, risk dashboards, decision trees, and leading indicators. Apply advanced analytics and AI where they materially improve quality, speed, or scale.

    • Build the long-term team and operating model, including intake and prioritization, stakeholder engagement, work-product standards, governance, and an effective delivery model across the India-based Scientific and Operations Intelligence capability, functional analytics teams, and subject-matter experts.

    • Create a high-performing culture of intellectual honesty, constructive challenge, analytical rigor, and action, with strong standards for scientific integrity, compliance, privacy, data governance, and reproducibility.
