Position Description
Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse) is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our Technical Project Manager (TPM) for the Conditions Based Maintenance (CBM+) Program. The Technical Project Manager will serve as the User Engagement team leader, responsible for the prioritization of Delivery Teamwork via the Platform Backlogs, compliance with technical standards, quality, and KPIs for assigned Aircraft Groups. User Engagement Teams will serve as the focal point for understanding the interaction of the aviation maintenance user community with the PANDA application and its key outputs, forecasts, and maintenance alerts. The teams will be organized according to the Aircraft Groups as defined by the government in the RFQ. Delivery Teams ensure alignment of Delivery Team activities to RSO and MAJCOM priorities, drive performance against KPIs and ensure compliance with delivery schedules and processes. The Engagement Team teams will engage Air Force Aviation Maintenance users, solicit user feedback, and surface new requirements
This position will be based in our National Capital Region offices in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA, with opportunities for remote work to be determined by the program manager and customer.
Essential Functions:
  • Serve as a key contributor to the development and maintenance of the CBM+ Program
  • TPM Manages work-to-be-done via the Platform Backlog Platform Backlogs include:
  • Work Unit Code (WUC) Maintenance Tasks
  • WUC Selection and Analysis Tasks
  • Long Range Supply Forecast (LRSF) Modeling Tasks, etc.
  • Serve as the scrum master for the activities of the Engagement Team, ensuring a productive work cadence while documenting the work, drafting deliverables, and documenting new user feedback and new requirements.
  • Host the bi-weekly scrum of scrums meeting amongst their assigned delivery teams.
  • Support to the Predictive Maintenance Alert Loop (PMAL) process
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support discussions or activities driven by forecast thresholds or alerts
  • Continually seek and receive feedback from the USAF user maintenance community to improve AI/ML algorithms or make corrections to reported maintenance actions
  • Support the maintenance community during these steps should questions arise as to the maintenance alerts or forecasts and seek feedback from the community during the process as described above
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials include:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience leading a multi-discipline engineering team driving toward meeting program objectives within cost and schedule
  • Proven ability to drive key client communication and expectations
  • Experience engaging clients and developing relationships at the highest levels of the Federal Government
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand business functionality
  • Ability to foster positive business relationships
  • Proven leadership abilities and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and file sharing applications.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • Able to travel as needed to meet with government customers and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Understanding of associated Air Force supply chain and logistics processes
  • Experience with Predictive Maintenance / Logistics
  • Program Management Certification
