    Radiance is searching for an experienced Senior CSSO & physical security lead capable of managing and performing multi-disciplined security functions in support of Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Physical Security environments. This position will directly report to the Director, Corporate Special Programs.

    The qualified candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, operations, administration and development of Special Programs & Physical Security standards, processes, and procedures to include implementation of the ICD 705 lifecycle. They must be knowledgeable of Personnel, Industrial, and IT/IA security principles. Work hours are normal business hours; however, occasional support during non-business hours may be required.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage, oversee, and ensure compliance for all SAP & SCI programs along with physical security in the Beavercreek facility
    • Responsible for reviewing all prime and subcontract DD254s for security requirement implementation
    • Responsible for preparing all SAP & SCI accreditation packages including CUA/JUAs
    • Responsible for program close-out/disestablishment coordination and action
    • Develop/maintain program Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), TEMPEST checklist(s) and attachments for both to establish/update SAP & SCI spaces, including maintaining necessary waiver/approval records as required per government agency
    • Conduct annual self-inspections for all SAP & SCI activities along with documenting all deficiencies and tracking them on a corrective action plan (CAP) until closed
    • Support all government compliance inspections and track all deficiencies
    • Responsible for verifying clearances and accesses prior to granting access and assigning PINs in the SAPF & SCIF SystemLink intrusion detection system (IDS) and access control system (ACS)
    • Manage the local SAPF & SCIF IDS & ACS to include profile buildouts and any software updates
    • Responsible for providing in person Open/Close Training to all personnel requiring access to the SAPFs & SCIFs
    • Responsible for responding to all after-hours SAPF & SCIF IDS activations; making proper notification to leadership and establishing a schedule for after-hours support
    • Assist with the development and conduct all initial, annual, and/or event driven SETA training
    • Assist in the development and assign reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
    • Responsible for SAP & SCI classified document control; maintain classified material accountability records including inventory lists, receipt and transmittal records and final disposition/destruction documentation
    • Responsible for conducting annual inventory in all Special Programs area
    • Coordinate, write, and process for approval all transportation plans and provide courier briefings for all courier missions
    • Serve as the media custodian for all Special Programs areas, including keeping media logs for each space
    • Collect PSQs and any applicable templates, initiate, process, and track all PAR packages via JADE through final approval.
    • Conduct all SAP indoctrinations, training, complete SAPIAs and all JADE actions
    • Manage all SAP & SCI Foreign Travel/Contact notifications, including travel debriefing, CI briefings (if required) and notifications to the SSO office and JADE file uploads.
    • Process/coordinate incoming and outgoing classified visit certifications; and provide oversight for secure area visits and/or entry control
    • Investigate and document security violations/incidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions to leadership and government customers
    • Responsible for the development/implementation of physical security policy & procedures
    • Experience with the ICD 705 life-cycle and accreditation process
    • Perform & document monthly entry/exit inspections (SAPF & SCIF) along with after-hour inspections in the SCIF
    • Responsible for IDS equipment and coordinating UL2050 certifications with the alarm monitoring service along with alarm response testing to include completing documentation of response time
    • Ensure physical security is maintained for all SAPFs & SCIFs; conducting & documenting physical re-inspections every three (3) years on the Special Programs areas
    • Assist with the design, construction, and management of new and/or existing SAPFs and/or SCIFs
    • Manage, control, and inventory keys and combinations for all SAPFs & SCIFs doors & GSA containers
    • Responsible for all monthly SF701/SF702s & Cleared & Uncleared visitors logs for the SAPF & SCIF
    • Provide physical security support to the FSO as needed/required
    • Review operational requirements and system specification documents to ensure applicable security requirements are addressed and incorporated into security processes
    • Collaborate with the Special Programs team, Director, Corporate Physical Security, Program Management, Information Technology, and Information Assurance representatives on installs and maintenance of secure network connections inside SAPFs & SCIFs
    • Attend, support, and participate in program meetings, staff meetings, telecons, etc.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum three to five (3-5) years relevant security experience working in SAP & SCI related fields
    • Active TS/SCI Clearance
    • Must be able to successfully obtain SAP & SCI access
    • May require passing a CI-poly (contract dependent)
    • In-depth knowledge of CSSO (both SAP & SCI) duties/responsibilities
    • In-depth knowledge of DD Form 254 reviews for SAP & SCI requirements
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to be a self-starter and work independently
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills
    • In-depth knowledge of DoDM 5105.21 v 1-3, 5205.07, ICD 705 Tech Spec., TEMPEST, JSIG, and any other applicable security regulations.
    • Experience with SAPF/SCIF accreditations and CUA & JUA approvals
    • Experience with concept validation packages and SCIF sponsorship
    • Keep current with all DoD policy changes
    • Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints
    • Occasional travel, up to 10%

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
    • Successful completion of CDSE courses, specifically Special Access Programs, Physical Security and General Security
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
