    Radiance Technologies is searching for a talented, experienced Materials Scientist to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent technical skills to research and develop tools and techniques to support materials programs.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in STEM field.
    • Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
    Required Experience:
    • 5+ years of documentable technical experience
    • Conducting research and analysis on structures and systems to characterize integrated materials
    • Designing and devising testing methods
    • Experience with nondestructive inspection experimental methods.
    • Experience with modeling composite material response and/or material signal interactions using analytical or numerical approaches.
    • Characterization and analysis of materials to support the assessment of system and subsystems
    • Research and analysis of supply chain to determine sources of supply for materials
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Develops new testing methods and capabilities using lab based experimental skills including running and programming hardware, experiment design
    • Experience with nondestructive inspection experimental methods.
    • Experience with modeling composite material response and/or material signal interactions using finite element, analytical or numerical approaches.
