    ** This is a Proposal Position**
    This job is located at: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
    Job description:
    The contractor shall maintain the Government's special access program (SAP)
    network capabilities in accordance with the Joint Special Access Program Implementation
    Guide (JSIG) to ensure continuous, secure, and reliable mission operations. This support
    shall include managing and documenting hardware and baseline configurations; installing,
    configuring, and sustaining networked systems and components; applying software
    patches, updates, and version upgrades in accordance with Government direction, the JSIG,
    and applicable cybersecurity policy; and monitoring system health, performance, and
    availability to identify and resolve issues. The contractor shall provide information system
    security services in support of authorization and accreditation activities, including
    implementing and validating security controls, supporting vulnerability management and
    compliance actions, maintaining required security documentation and artifacts, and
    assisting with continuous monitoring and reporting requirements. The contractor shall
    coordinate changes through established configuration management and change control
    processes, assess operational impacts, plan and execute implementation/rollback actions,
    and document all changes to support continuity of operations. The contractor shall provide
    operationally responsive support for normal operations, crises, and exercises, including
    surge support as directed, rapid troubleshooting and restoration of service, and coordination
    with Government stakeholders and external service providers, as applicable.
    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 10+ years of experience
    in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Information
    Technology, Network/System Administration, Risk
    Management Framework (RMF), security compliance,
    vulnerability management, incident response, and information
    system security officer (ISSO) duties supporting classified or
    sensitive systems, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
