Lead Project Engineer for Onsite Project co-ordination and execution
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customer to understand requirements of Projects.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large mechanical and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with multinational clients to define requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee project delivery in the energy domain, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering technical growth and a culture of accountability.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Having 12+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery, with at least 3–4 years in the energy sector.
- Valid US work permit with a minimum of 1-year remaining validity.
- Proven success working with multinational customers and delivering complex, large-scale systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Desired Skills
- Onsite project experience in the US or other international locations.
