Job description

Lead Project Engineer for Onsite Project co-ordination and execution

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customer to understand requirements of Projects.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of large mechanical and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with multinational clients to define requirements and resolve technical challenges.
  • Oversee project delivery in the energy domain, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering technical growth and a culture of accountability.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Having 12+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery, with at least 3–4 years in the energy sector.
  • Valid US work permit with a minimum of 1-year remaining validity.
  • Proven success working with multinational customers and delivering complex, large-scale systems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
