Inventory Handler – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Spring, TX 77389

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Schedule: 6 days per week (rotating day off)

Note: Due to extended hours, candidates must live within 10–15 miles of the work location.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable Inventory Handler to join our team in an open-air manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and organizing finished goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
  • Pick and pack finished products accurately
  • Assemble boxes and crates for outbound shipments
  • Label finished goods correctly
  • Assist with building non-inventory items as needed
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory
  • Support production by monitoring supply levels
What We're Looking For:

- 2–4 years of inventory experience

- Ability to read and write in English or Spanish

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Required Skills:

- Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, pi tape, calipers)

- Experience using power tools

- Forklift experience a plus (certification preferred)

Work Environment:

- Open-air shop setting

- Steel-toe boots required

- Physically active role with long shifts

Qualifications:

- No minimum education required

- Ability to follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

- Ability to pass a background check
