Overview:
We would need a Domain Business Analyst - Retail Banking , for this role based on our discussion with the client.
Job Description:
  • 12+ Yrs of Experience in Retail Banking Domain across Product/IT Service organisations.
  • Minimum 8+ yrs of Business and Requirement Analysis experience with strong communication both verbal and written.
  • Agile and Scrum Methodology experience is a must.
  • Exposure to Branch Banking - Products and Platforms.
  • Demonstrate sharp functional skills and knowledge of broader banking solutions, market trends, etc
  • Responsible for Wealth Management driven business and IT solutions supported by teams of SMEs, Solution and Enterprise Architect teams.
  • Capture the functional and Process details to create feasible functional and technical Stories for the Execution teams.
  • Responsible for providing inputs to Agile teams related to Wealth Management Process and Operational Design: Provide functional inputs into As-Is design and To-Be Solutions (L0/L1/L2/L3 levels) that will also typically encompass Wealth Management Applications, technology infrastructure, data architectures and enterprise-grade business applications.
  • Domain with Technology Solution Design, Business & Systems Analysis - Exposure to Digital, Operations and applications
  • When required Document Business functionality, process and capability documentation while examining and incorporating existing applications and processes.
  • Analyse systems requirements and perform impact analysis for Up/Down Stream applications
  • Familiarity with transformation approaches including exposure to re-engineering, Business Process Mapping, design techniques.
  • Work closely with internal solutions team, technology teams and client stakeholders.
  • Build and Manage client relationships along with ability to Understand client requirements and help develop strategic and tactical approach for the Functional Requirement while working with cross-functional team.
