    Overview

    Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration.     Position: Route Sales Representative - CDL

    Reporting Location: Syracuse, NY

    Pay: $61,160 per year + customer tips, paid weekly

    Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus

    Sign-on bonus is paid according to Primo Brands terms and conditions. Eligibility applies only to new hires who have not been previously employed by the company, its affiliates, or its predecessors.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting between 6–7 am until route completion; occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

    Follow safety policies, including prohibited electronic device use while driving, and report on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status

    Provide courteous, professional service and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customers and the public

    Deliver correct products to the appropriate customer location on the scheduled service day and within the expected timeframe

    Maintain accurate delivery records for all accounts, including cash and receipts

    Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and share actionable solutions with leadership

    Support team goals by contributing to decisions and assisting team members as needed

    Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services in accordance with established quality procedures

    Follow Primo Brands pricing and promotion guidelines

    Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and work toward monthly customer acquisition goals


    Qualifications

    Requirements

    High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

    Ability to obtain and/or maintain a CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement, as required for applicable CDL positions

    Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and may assist with obtaining a Class B CDL where available

    Service-oriented with strong face-to-face customer service and sales skills

    Ability to work independently and efficiently in varying weather conditions

    Ability to interact professionally with customers in a variety of settings

    Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without reasonable accommodation

    Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle an average of 40–55 times per day

    Ability to work an average of 45 hours per week or more, including variable start and end times

    Ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling and walking throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation

    Ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands

    Must meet driving record requirements, including no more than one license in the past 3 years; no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation; no disqualifying offenses; no more than 2 moving violations; no reckless driving incidents; and no major driving offenses in the past 3 years, including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, operating a commercial vehicle without a CDL or an at-fault fatal accident

    Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by DOT regulations
