We are a growing custom pool builder specializing in high-quality, in-ground swimming pools. Due to increased demand, we are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners throughout Westchester County and other surrounding areas.
Position Overview
This is an in-home sales position focused on consulting with homeowners who have already expressed interest in building a swimming pool.
✔ Leads Provided – No Cold Calling
✔ Comprehensive Training Provided
✔ Commission-Based Compensation (Unlimited Earning Potential)
You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present pool design options, explain pricing, and close sales.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners at their residences to discuss custom pool projects
Present design concepts and product options
Provide accurate pricing and project information
Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to contract
Maintain a professional and reputable presence in the community
Follow up with prospects to close sales
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Professional, reputable, and trustworthy
Strong closing ability
Sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction sales a plus)
Will train the right candidate with the right attitude
Compensation
Commission-based position
