Apply engineering principles to ensure product performance, durability, ergonomics, cost effectiveness, and structural integrity.
Support Engineering Change Requests and update documentation to reflect design improvements and production requirements.
Conduct fit, function, and performance testing on prototypes and pre production builds, iterating as needed to meet standards.
Provide clear and consistent engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, tolerances, and assembly instructions.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve technical or manufacturability challenges.
Recommend design enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize material usage.
Support cross functional launches from concept through full production release.

Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical documentation.
Hands-on approach to prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem solving skills grounded in practicality and continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with Design, Production, and cross functional partners.
