    Why You Should Join Us

Plaud is building the next generation intelligence infrastructure and interfaces to capture, extract, and utilize intelligence from what people say, hear, see, and think.

    • Plaud is a bootstrapped, skyrocketing, profitable company with a $250M revenue run rate achieved in just three years.

    • Define the next-gen paradigm for human-AI interaction.

    • Gain exposure to cutting-edge AI for Pro tools and play a direct role in our global expansion.

    • Work with passionate teammates who value innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

    • Grow your career in a culture that champions continuous learning and fast career development.

    • Market-competitive compensation, global exposure, and a vibrant, creativity-fueled work atmosphere.

    What you will do

    • Identify community members who naturally support Plaud-sharing templates and workflows, and advocating in unintended spaces-and build a relationship-based advocate ecosystem rooted in genuine connection, not recruitment.

    • Identify community activation opportunities before they're on anyone's roadmap - a hackathon, a build challenge, a creator collab, an offline moment - own them from concept to execution, and ship them while the window is still open.

    • Build infrastructure to enable contributions by establishing systems for submission, quality, distribution, and recognition. This turns individual templates into community standards and invites new contributors to improve.

    • Own the user research pipeline as a live, direct channel into Plaud's most invested users - relationships maintained consistently enough that when Product needs to activate it, the answer is days, not weeks.

    • Listen closely enough to know when the community is telling us something important, synthesize it into something a cross-functional team can act on, and follow through until it actually changes a decision.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

    • You have 3-5 years in community, creator programs, or ecosystem roles - and at least one thing you built from zero, figured out as you went, and made repeatable.

    • You spot organic advocates before they have a follower count worth noticing - by the quality of what they're building and the credibility of others' responses to them.

    • You know exactly why some community-created content travels and other content sits untouched - and you've built systems, not just instincts, around closing that gap.

    • Format doesn't faze you, and platform doesn't limit you - you show up where the audience is, whether that's a Reddit thread, a Discord server, or a room full of people.

    • You move first, calibrate as you go, and treat waiting for direction as the higher-risk choice.

    What we offer

    • Meaningful Ownership An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that gives a real stake in Plaud's long-term success.

    • High-Impact Environment Work in a fast-moving, product-driven environment where your ideas directly shape the future of AI productivity.

    • Competitive Compensation $140K-$185K base salary+performance bonus+Equity.

    • Comprehensive Health & Retirement Benefits Top-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, supported by a generous employer subsidy, plus a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching for full-time employees.

    • Time Off & Workplace Benefits Unlimited PTO, plus 13 paid holidays, 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents, a hybrid work model with a minimum of three in-office days per week, and access to high-quality office snacks, drinks, and equipment.

    • Cutting-Edge AI Tools for Productivity Access to best-in-class AI tools, including Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, Claude, and other frontier AI systems to maximize engineering and execution efficiency.

    • Best-in-Class Equipment Choice of top-spec laptops, high-performance workstation setups, and cutting-edge Plaud devices for all new hires.

    • Team & Culture Annual company offsites, team events, and a culture that values craftsmanship, ownership, and velocity.
