    What You Will Do

    • Collaborate with Product teams to align on product roadmaps and build product messaging for Plaud's software and AI products, including value propositions, positioning, message houses, use cases, and product / feature descriptions.

    • Collaborate with Creative teams to deliver core product marketing assets such as landing pages, blogs, videos, visuals, and campaign copy, ensuring clear, consistent, and high-quality content across channels.

    • Drive go-to-market storytelling and execution for Plaud's software and AI products - from Plaud Intelligence to Plaud Developer and Teams.

    • Enable internal stakeholders by conducting product training and creating enablement decks and internal briefs for Sales, Marketing, Support, and regional teams.

    • Leverage user feedback and competitive insights to continuously refine positioning, differentiation, and messaging quality.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within SaaS, AI, or productivity tech.

    • Strong content creation capability, with experience writing product messaging, feature descriptions, use cases, marketing copy, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable user benefits.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

    • Data-driven mindset with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.

    • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency and content quality.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or productivity tech ecosystems.

    • Proficiency in go-to-market and product marketing frameworks, including product positioning and message house development.

    • Excellent storytelling and structured writing skills, with attention to clarity, hierarchy, and audience fit.

    • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work closely with Product, AI, Creative, and Marketing teams across time zones.

    • Analytical mindset - able to synthesize product data, user insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable messaging and content improvements.
