    Now Hiring! Night Shift Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Schedule: 7:00 pm-7:00 am | 12 hour Shift Community.

    Responsibilities Overview:

    As an Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll assist residents by providing direct care that supports their day-to-day routines; making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living in a luxury Assisted Living setting.

    What You'll Do:
    • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
    • Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.
    • Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.
    • Promote resident independence and dignity.
    • Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
    What We Offer:

    Job Types:

    • Full-time and Part-time positions available.

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Rotating weekends
    • 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)

    Competitive Pay:

    • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

    Flexible Hours:

    • Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week
    • Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week

    Position Requirements:

    • A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.
    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
    • Reliable transportation is required.
