Production Assistant / Converting Associate

What You'll Do
Load and remove material cores and rolls
Inspect, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
Seal cartons and stack pallets for distribution
Follow work instructions and production specifications
Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
Assist with machine changeovers and production setup
Complete production paperwork and quality documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Support team improvement and workplace organization initiatives
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Physical Requirements
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around production machinery and equipment
