    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in beautiful Missoula, MT. In this role, you'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

    • Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and independence
    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
    • Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
    Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current PTA license in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain)
    • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • Passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
