Summary of positions available:

Manufacturing Technician I/II/III:Learn and perform a variety of tasksin accordance withthe manufacturing GMP/ISOrequirementand standards.Performs routine and critical manufacturing operations, including but not limited to work functions in equipment prep, formulation, aseptic compounding, and filling activities for biopharma and medical device products.

Manufacturing TechnicianIV :Leads others in complex manufacturing tasks while ensuring compliance with GMP/ISO and PCI safety standards. Performs and oversees all operations, including equipment prep, dispensing, dissolution, formulation, purification, aseptic compounding, filling, and packaging. Resolvesnonroutineissues using advanced technicalexpertiseand escalates matters as needed. Reviews and updates MPRs and SOPs, monitors team behaviors, trains less experienced staff, andmodelsGuardian values.

Material Handler I/II/III:Assists in the day-to-day activities relating to inventory control functions supporting pharmaceutical fill/finish operations. The main responsibility of this position is toassistwith all aspects oflogisticssuch as receiving, shipping, data entry, inventory control,labelingandmaintainingall associated cGMP documentation as needed.

QA Associate I - Operations: Provides real-time QA support on the floor for GMP Manufacturing of drugproduct. The work scope includes floor oversight of manufacturing includingobservingcritical processes and performing AQL visual inspection,executedGMP documentation review and supporting other QA functions as needed.

QA Specialist I - Aseptic Core Monitoring:Providesrealtimemonitoring of aseptic behaviors during sterile manufacturing, including gowning, interventions, environmental monitoring, and material handling in ISO 5/6 areas. Supports PCI's commitment to aseptic integrity, product quality, and patient safety.

QA Specialist I - Operations:Ensures product quality and compliance with internal procedures and external standards.Core responsibilities include Batch Record Review, Lot Disposition, and Quality System oversight.May also evaluate deviations,determineescalation needs, review and approve investigations, and manage associated CAPAs. This roleprovidesthe opportunity to strengthenGxPprograms by delivering QAexpertisefor clinical and commercial manufacturing.

QC Microbiology Technician I:Conducts sampling and testing of production environments, and/or facility clean utilities, as per approved procedures. Performs Lab work and othertasks asassigned by management.

QC MicrobiologistI:Conducts environmental andcleanutilitysampling and testingin accordance withapproved procedures. Performs laboratory analyses and supportsadditionalmicrobiology tasks as assigned by management.

QC Sample Coordinator:Supports daily operations within the QC Sample Management group. The work scope includes executing material control procedures and reviewing specification documents, performing raw material sampling and inspection, coordinating testing activities with internal and external laboratories, and collecting data and material certificates for QA reviews.

Supervisor, Quality:Leads the QA Associates, who provide QA support in the manufacturing of clinical and commercial drug products, to ensure compliance with the principles and guidelines of cGMP.Assistsinmaintainingquality systems, management of investigations, material management, and providing QA support in real time for manufacturing, to ensure control of the manufacturing process.
