Job Description
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking several onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support Elementary and/or High Schools in Central, Western, Northeast and Northwest areas of Pasco County, Florida to cover locations such as Land O' Lakes and New Port Richey for the 2026-2027 School Year. Full and Part time options are available. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
- Active FL SLP License
- Valid CPR Certification (card or proof of completion required to be considered)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- 2 years of post grad SLP experience is strongly preferred
- School Based experience as an SLP will be considered first
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
