    Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist

    Location: Remote, In Office – Waco, Temple, Abilene, Killeen, Georgetown, Round Rock, and Austin. (Employee must reside in Waco)

    Duration: 12 months contract (possible extensions)

    Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 + Commission

    Schedule: Standard business hours

    Job Summary

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and enrolling customers into electricity and cross-service products through Realtor partnership offices. This role focuses heavily on face-to-face relationship building with brokers, realtors, and clients while driving sales growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, confident, goal-oriented, and thrives in an outside sales environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors and broker offices within the assigned territory
    • Work daily in person at assigned realtor partner offices to drive sales performance
    • Execute company sales strategies and territory plans effectively
    • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through referrals and networking
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
    • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain performance metrics
    • Attend internal meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs
    • Follow company policies, documentation standards, and compliance procedures
    • Analyze customer information to recommend the best energy product solutions
    • Attend realtor partner meetings, networking events, and promotional activities

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    Experience

    • 2–5 years of sales experience required
    • Must have proactive face-to-face sales experience
    • Experience in Territory Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Account Executive roles is a plus
