Job description

Duties:
Gather business and technical requirements and technical implementation to support Data Governance, Data Quality Measurement, Exception Management, Remediation, Analytics, and other essential Data Governance functions. Perform requirements gathering, data analysis, data profiling to enable all essential functions of the Data Governance. Gather technical requirements to capture metadata and lineage working with Business and Technical SMEs. Design, build and execute Data Quality Rules over the critical data elements (CDEs) identified according to the business needs to ensure clean and healthy data. Create, develop, configure and execute end-to-end business and technical data lineage across disparate sources in accordance with the Data Governance Standards, Policies and Procedures. Develop and implement Data Quality Solutions for multiple data sources across On Prem and Cloud environments, including Databases, Flat Files, JSON, APIs, and Kafka. Design and implement Data Quality Dashboards for monitoring and reporting. Create, develop and manage DG workflows using BPM processes. Manage Data Quality Exceptions and help team to find root cause analysis. Perform metadata management, administration, support and ingest data management assets using extension mappings, custom data assets, metadata bridges, connectors, third party metadata bridges ensuring data lineage/ source to target data mapping. Leverage Informatica Data Quality or Collibra Data Quality to develop and implement data quality rules to ensure accuracy and completeness across AWS and SQL databases or Kafka data sources. Use Collibra Workflow Designer to develop workflows to automate term approvals and change management. Create and maintain end-to-end data lineage and enhance metadata discoverability using Alation, IGC, or Collibra Data Lineage Harvester to support impact analysis for on-premise environments as well as across AWS and SQL databases or Azure Data Lake environments. Extract metadata from source systems and configure data lineage relationships using Collibra to visualize data flow and quality trends with Tableau to support data-driven decisions. Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related and five (5) years of experience as a Data governance analyst, Analyst (Content Engineering), Senior Process Executive (Data) or related
Special Skills Required:
Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Leverage Informatica Data Quality or Collibra Data Quality to develop and implement data quality rules to ensure accuracy and completeness across AWS and SQL databases or Kafka data sources; 2) Use Collibra Workflow Designer to develop workflows to automate term approvals and change management; 3) Create and maintain end-to-end data lineage and enhance metadata discoverability using Alation, IGC, or Collibra Data Lineage Harvester to support impact analysis for on-premise environments as well as across AWS and SQL databases or Azure Data Lake environments; and 4) Extract metadata from source systems and configure data lineage relationships using Collibra to visualize data flow and quality trends with Tableau to support data-driven decisions.   • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
