One Step Forward is hiring part time ABA Therapists to join our center based program in Lacey Township. This role focuses on providing direct ABA services in a collaborative environment during evening hours.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a center setting

• Implement individualized programs developed by a BCBA

• Support communication, behavior, and social skill development

• Use structured and play based ABA techniques

• Collect data and complete session documentation

• Collaborate with team members to support client progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children preferred
