One Step Forward is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one on one in home ABA therapy for children in Fair Lawn, North Bergen, Guttenberg, West New York, Montvale, and surrounding Bergen/Hudson County communities. This part time position offers consistent weekday afternoon and early evening cases, competitive pay of $22–$32 per hour, and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs.

What You'll Do

• Provide one on one in home ABA therapy sessions

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

• Collect session data and complete electronic documentation

• Work closely with supervising BCBAs to support each child's progress

Service Area

Sessions take place in Fair Lawn, North Bergen, Guttenberg, West New York, Montvale, and nearby Bergen/Hudson County communities. We make every effort to schedule therapists with families in the same general area when possible to help reduce travel time.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children

• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, RBT, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, childcare provider, or in behavioral health is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
