Job description

ALL IN for Opportunity. ALL IN with Olin.

Title: Epoxy Business Planning Co-op (August-December 2026)
Location: Houston, Texas (Near Katy, Texas)

Salary: $23.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students
Housing Stipend Available

Epoxy Business Planning Co-op Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with chemical demand planning and tracking, including order control and estimates
  • Support rail and truck planning and scheduling
  • Conduct data analysis and process improvement/automation as needed

Epoxy Business Planning Co-op Minimum Requirements:

  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or supply chain-related degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.
  • Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
  • Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) August - December 2026. Not eligible for virtual work.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with availability and desire to work a minimum of three (3) terms with no more than one of those terms occurring over the summer.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa.
  • A valid US Driver's license is required.
