You manage intake records from partner locations, enter and review data in the Service Insights platform, communicate to resolve missing information, and protect confidential records throughout the process. • Review and proofread data for accuracy and completeness while handling sensitive information confidentially.
  • Communicate with pantry partners to clarify incomplete or unclear information.

Field Collection and Record Preparation
  • Travel to assigned partner pantry locations to collect completed household intake forms.
  • Organize and manage intake paperwork so records are accessible and ready for accurate entry.

  • Proficiency with web-based systems and computer-based data entry.
  • Ability to read handwritten documents and review work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to organize records, manage information from multiple sources, and communicate clearly.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications
How You Have Spent Your Time
  • Experience with cloud-based intake, case management, or client records systems.
  • Experience working with confidential household or service records.
  • Familiarity with community-based services, food assistance programs, or partner site operations.
