    Position Summary

    Odyssey has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Administrative Support Specialist, supporting AFLCMC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include, but not limited to:

      Provide support to Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and Crisis Action Team (CAT) activities. The Contractor shall be responsible for manning/screening the AFLCMC/CCX workflow.
    • Provide support for the overall management of any and all programs/efforts as assigned and interact with lateral organizations or any external agencies as required to adequately perform these tasks.
    • Support the AFLCMC Commander's Action Group (CAG) suspense and tracking team.
    • Track suspenses in the Task Management Tool (TMT).
    • Review the content of the AFLCMC CAG electronic workflow mailbox and coordinate responses with the appropriate two-letter directorates and assign CAG action officers to each TMT task.
    • Provide status of late and upcoming TMT suspenses for CAG Chief review as requested.
    • Assist with closure of TMT suspenses and package suspenses for AFLCMC Mission Support and Execution Directorates.
    • Assist AFLCMC CAG and two-letter action officers with the use of TMT and assist in answering questions on the technical aspect of the system and process.
    • Provide direct support to quickly and accurately turn data into usable and actionable output and efficiently and effectively communicate that information for AFLCMC senior leaders. This includes any researching, creating, assigning, tracking, communicating with various higher headquarters or directorate-level offices.
    • Assist in updating/retrieving information in the Center Microsoft (MS) SharePoint document library. The Contractor shall assist in compiling, formatting, and storing directorate level inputs to taskings to support development of the Center response.
    • Utilize both Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPRNET) and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) electronic mail to request and compile responses and transmit approved responses to specified higher headquarters or Congressional inquiries

    Qualifications

    Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

    Minimum Required Qualifications

    Clearance: Secret

    Education:

    • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD; OR 15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Task Management Tool (TMT) for suspense tracking, assignment, workflow management, and closure coordination
    • Experienced in Microsoft SharePoint for retrieving, updating, compiling, and storing directorate-level documentation
    • Proficient in preparing, updating, and managing program office file documents; drafting and editing appraisals, awards, agendas, reports, and briefings; and ensuring highaccuracy publication of administrative products.
    • Experienced in performing administrative duties within ATAAPS and DTS, including timekeeping and travel processing functions required for DoD administrative operations.
    • Ability to develop and refine organizational process guides such as endofday checklists, inprocessing/outprocessing guides, and recall rosters, supporting continuous improvement of administrative workflows.
