As an NRG employee, we encourage you to take charge of your career and development journey. We invite you to explore exciting opportunities across our businesses. You'll find that our dynamic work environment provides variety and challenge. Your growth is key to our ongoing success-take the lead in shaping your career development, goals and future!
About the Role
DFW is a vital growth market, and this role is designed to ensure our philanthropic and community investments align with business goals. We're looking for someone who can identify and execute high-impact community activations to build brand trust (corporate, consumer, generation), deepen relationships with power plant communities, energize employees, and open doors for the sales team, while also implementing tight, metrics-driven programming.
This role blends relationship-building with strategic decision-making. You'll need a clear point of view on how philanthropic investment should be prioritized across our markets, informed by real time spent in community partner meetings, not just in a spreadsheet reviewing KPIs.
What You'll Do
Drive high-impact community strategy in DFW
Build and sustain power plant community relationships
Grow employee engagement across the region
Elevate brand visibility and manage community-related risk
Run the program with operational discipline
