Vi sker n en dyktig og engasjert Operations Engineer til vrt team i NEP Operations Centre i Oslo.
NEP Norway er en del av NEP Group en global leder innen kringkasting og medietjenester. Vi leverer tekniske produksjonslsninger til de strste mediehusene, nasjonale og internasjonale sportsarrangementer og store underholdningsproduksjoner. Vi ser etter en sterk bidragsyter som brenner for levere best mulig servicekvalitet til vre kunder.
Som en del av NOC-teamet vil du ha ansvar for tjenesteovervking og teknisk support for lsningene levert av NEP Norway. Du vil jobbe tett sammen med Engineering-teamet og andre supportteam, og vre ansvarlig for Incident Management, Problem Management og Change Management. Du vil inng i teamets vaktordning og bakvakt rotasjon.
Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Oppdage, analysere og validere feil rapportert fra vre overvkningsystemer og andre kilder
- Oppflging av feilsking, med pflgende oppdatering av kunder via ticket system
- Forsl forbedringer av prober og grenseverdier
- Delta i interne og kundebaserte systemutrullings- og konfigurasjonsprosjekter
Kvalifikasjoner
- 4+ rs arbeidserfaring med strre IT milj eller sammenlignbare miljer
- Erfaring med verkty for monitorering av IT-systemer
- Praktisk erfaring med feilsking i Linux-systemer
- God forstelse for grunnleggende nettverksprinsipper (OSI-lagene, multicast, TCP/IP)
- Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og gode problemlsningsevner med hy grad av nyaktighet
- Erfaring med ITIL
- Engelsk (flytende profesjonelt niv) og norsk (grunnleggende arbeidsniv, med vilje til bli flytende). Andre sprk er en fordel siden vi samarbeider med internasjonale kunder og partnere.
- Siden rollen kan innebre arbeid med kritisk infrastruktur i Norge, br kandidater vre norske eller EU-borgere med permanent arbeidstillatelse i Norge

- God forstelse for DVB-standarder
- CCNA, CCNP eller annen nettverkssertifisering
