    This Internal Medicine Physician role:
    • Location: Lima, OH
    • Primary Care
    • Wonderful support team
    • The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community
    • Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
    • The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
    • Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
    • Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
    • Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
    • Very Flexible schedule options! (3x12 hour shifts or 4-10s or 5-8s)

Lima is located in northwest central Ohio, on Interstate 75, 10 miles south of junction U.S. Route 30. Lima is the largest inland city in northwest central Ohio, within 250 miles of the 10 largest cities in the central states. Lima sits midway between Detroit, Cincinnati, Toledo, Dayton, Indianapolis, Columbus and Ft. Wayne. Lima has been the second largest retail market in Ohio for the past seven years.
