    About Monster Energy:

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We're not perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

Serve as the subject-matter expert for all formula-specification workflows in tools such as SAP- PLM, Smartsheets and act as a key project-management liaison to the Program Management team, enabling strong cross-functional alignment and execution. Responsible for ensuring all ready to drink research and development (R&D) formulas adhere to the country
of production and country of sale regulations and commercial restrictions as specified in the formula specification document initially provided to the flavor house.

    • Oversee and stay current on global regulatory and business constraints captured in SAP-PLM Monster Energy's formula governance program, providing reporting and insights that enable strategic formulation planning grounded in a comprehensive understanding of both regulatory requirements and the global supply chain.
    • Project manage interactions with the local flavor house regulatory team to obtain additional documents required for formula compliance approval. Partner with the regional regulatory teams to ensure that R&D formulas comply with country of production and sale regulations and commercial restrictions.
