Job description

Sr. Field Sales Engineer (FSE) – North East Germany

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving all design‑in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts and geographies.
  • Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Work closely with MPS product division marketing and engineering personnel to identify target applications/circuits to increase design wins and expand print at both new and existing customers.
  • Develop and grow management level and design engineering relationships at strategic customers.
  • Identify new customer targets to engage and expand the MPS customer base.
  • Responsible as coordinator for Sales/FAE Team in the region Project Review and monthly alignment calls with the Sales/FAE Team.
Desired Attributes
  • Self‑motivated to work as an individual sales contributor in a field or home office.
  • Technical ability to learn entire MPS product portfolio and the “go to market” strategy for each product line.
  • Ability to engage strong sales personnel (including manufacturer representatives and channel partners).
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as active listening, collaboration, problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability.
  • Ability to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions to explain/defend key business strategies, revenue targets and customer situations within assigned territory.
  • Strong presentation skills to all levels of personnel (both customer and MPS internal divisions/executives).
Requirements
  • Technical degree (minimum bachelors), preferably in an Engineering discipline or a proven track record of success in selling electronic components for 7+ years.
  • A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively 3-4 days per week.
  • Advanced/Native German Language skills.
Location

Germany (Berlin/Hannover/Leipzig Area). Only applications with Advanced/Native German Language skills will be considered.
