    Job description

    Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor Primary Responsibility: Support MIRATECH customers with work in our service center and warehouse. Operating equipment and support product creation and order fulfillment. Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm What You'll Do:Operate manufacturing equipment, especially CNC rollerOrganize materials using the forklift to transport themMaterial preparationOther duties as assigned What Qualifies You:High School DiplomaGood problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift. What Sets You Apart:(Beneficial Knowledge or Experience)Experience in FabricationPrior experience operating forkliftsPrior experience operating manufacturing equipment, especially shears Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team liftStanding, bending, and walking for extended periods of time Benefits and Perks:Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceAnnual Bonus Program$350 Annual Wellness CreditFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401k with match up to 5%Life insuranceDisability insurance5 days of paid sick leave annually (prorated based on start date)15 days PTO annually (prorated based on start date) Equal Opportunity: MIRATECH is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
