I am a proud second-generation McDonald's owner, following in the footsteps of my mom. Choosing McDonald's was the best career decision of my life. I love the fast-paced, ever-changing world of this business - and most of all, I love watching people grow.
Everything we do is based on the following values that are very important to me:

  • You Have a Voice.

At GoldenT Inc., you hold the cards to your future. If you have the desire and performance to grow, we will invest in your development. My goal is to have the best-trained crew and managers in the industry.
  • Customer Experience Matters.

Every shift counts. Being on time, in uniform, smiling, and bringing a positive attitude are key to delivering a top-notch experience. We take pride in excellence - because our guests deserve it.
If my philosophies match what you're looking for in an employer, I encourage you to apply. 1 in 8 Americans have worked at McDonald's. Become a 1 in 8 - like me.
