Join Our Team at Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald's!
We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to build a lifelong career with excellent training, benefits, and room for growth. As a Maintenance Team Member at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the restaurant remains clean, well-organized, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of both the interior and exterior of the building, as well as its equipment. This position involves a range of duties from routine cleaning and general upkeep to minor repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Daily cleaning and filtering of oil vats
  • Power washing exterior areas
  • Cleaning restaurant interior and equipment
  • Assisting with unloading delivery trucks (twice per week)

  • Cleaning bathrooms and floors
  • Changing roof filters and light bulbs
  • Maintaining a supply of clean, sanitized towels for team use
