Como Capataz de Operadores de Equipos Pesados, apoyaras todas las fases de la construccion de servicios publicos para diversos tipos de proyectos de telecomunicaciones. Crees en hacer el trabajo correctamente. Ser el mejor.

Responsabilidades

  • Utilizar tus conocimientos y habilidades en construccion para construir, reparar y mantener proyectos.
  • Trabajar en sitios de construccion de servicios publicos al aire libre.
  • Diagnosticar problemas a medida que surgen en el campo.
  • Capacitar a tu equipo en varios tipos de herramientas y equipos.
  • Operar retroexcavadoras, topadoras, arados de cables, compresores de aire, excavadoras de zanjas, remolques hidraulicos para carretes y otros tipos de maquinaria.
  • Gestionar todos los aspectos de la construccion en el lugar de trabajo.
  • Capacitar, entrenar y orientar a los miembros del equipo en el uso de equipos, herramientas y practicas de construccion.
  • Trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climaticas y en distintos lugares de trabajo.
  • Trabajar y viajar por Minnesota y Wisconsin aproximadamente el 50 % del ano.

  • Minimo de 3 anos de experiencia operando maquinaria pesada.
  • Al menos 1 ano de experiencia como capataz (foreman) o lider de equipo.
  • Experiencia en construccion de telecomunicaciones o servicios publicos.
  • Solido conocimiento de construccion subterranea y trabajos de telecomunicaciones, incluyendo fibra/coaxial, perforacion direccional, construccion aerea y subterranea.
  • Licencia de conducir valida (se prefiere CDL).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar de lunes a viernes con viaticos (50+ horas por semana, o 60+ horas si se trabaja desde casa, dependiendo del clima) y trabajar horas extras de manera constante.

Compensacion de $30-$35 por hora.
