Job Title: Data Entry AssociateJob DescriptionThe Data Entry Associate supports the Quality department by clearing a backlog of critical quality documentation. The role focuses on digitizing, organizing, and uploading both paper and electronic files into internal systems to ensure documents are accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards. This high-volume, process-driven position suits someone who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of data accuracy in regulated industries, while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems and quality documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Review, sort, and prepare paper and electronic quality documents for data entry and digital filing.
- Accurately upload and input documentation into multiple systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Ensure all files are properly labeled, categorized, and stored to support easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Maintain organized tracking logs and documentation inventories to monitor progress against the backlog.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or data integrity issues to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with Quality team members to support document control processes and project timelines.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, production-driven environment while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory requirements through consistent, high-quality documentation practices.
Essential Skills- 1–3+ years of experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative work.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy when working in high-volume, repetitive task environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formatting, and tracking.
- Comfort learning and navigating ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain organization across large datasets.
- Experience with data entry, quality assurance, and documentation management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently while managing repetitive workloads reliably and consistently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience supporting quality, compliance, or regulated environments such as medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with document control or records management processes.
- Prior exposure to SAP or Salesforce systems in a professional setting.
- Experience digitizing and archiving large volumes of documentation.
- Comfort working behind the scenes in a support-focused role.
- Highly process-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.

Work EnvironmentThis role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in a large corporate building within a sizable Quality department. The environment is high volume and fast paced, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards. Work is highly structured and process-driven, with clear expectations, defined deliverables, and established SOPs. You will work extensively with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel in a regulated setting that supports healthcare providers and patient safety through robust quality and documentation practices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
