Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing large volumes of data across various platforms and systems. You will play a vital part in supporting internal teams and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in internal databases and software systems

  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

  • Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors

  • Maintain and organize digital records in a confidential and secure manner

  • Generate basic reports and assist in data audits as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data workflows across departments

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus

  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data management tools is a bonus
