Martin Marietta is seeking a Telematics Intern. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about learning new skills and driven to succeed and excel. The team is open to a flexible work schedule to accommodate the right candidate's availability. This role is not remote, and the candidate will be expected to come into the office on their scheduled workdays.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our telematics systems and help improve operational reporting. This role includes managing devices, user access, and dashboards, as well as creating helpful guides and procedures. The position also involves working closely with division teams to ensure Samsara devices are functioning properly.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to messages in the telematics support inbox
  • Manage user access and settings in the Samsara dashboard
  • Collaborate with division teams to monitor and maintain Samsara device health
  • Track, ship, and organize Samsara devices
  • Troubleshoot device issues and handle replacements (RMA)
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau
  • Create easy-to-follow work procedures and job aids
