Core Responsibilities

• Advanced Structural Design: Execute rigorous structural analysis and design for a variety of building types using industry-leading methodologies and Finite Element Modeling.

• Technical Stewardship: Prepare high-fidelity engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications that serve as the blueprint for project success.

• Integrated Coordination: Partner seamlessly with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate complex structural systems into the wider building lifecycle.

• Field Evaluation: Lead site visits and structural inspections to assess conditions, provide expert recommendations, and ensure design intent is realized during construction.

• Project Communication: Drive project momentum by leading technical meetings and presentations, communicating sophisticated findings with clarity and precision.

• Code Mastery: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety by staying at the forefront of evolving industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural Emphasis) or a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in building design within a consulting environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Design & Analysis software (e.g., STAAD PRO, RAM, ABAQUS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Drafting: Proficiency in AutoCAD, specifically applied to Building Structures.

• Communication: Elite composition and verbal skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software Differentiators: Professional experience with Revit or specialized BIM workflows.

• Sector Expertise: Previous experience managing projects within the industrial or institutional sectors.

• Professional Drive: Active participation in professional engineering societies or pursuit of SE licensure.
