Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay is seeking experienced and motivated installers to join our growing team. If you have a background in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim work, or residential construction, we want to hear from you.

We specialize in high-quality bath remodeling solutions that provide homeowners with beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bathrooms. Our reputation is built on superior craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and professional installations.

What You'll Do

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom remodels while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Complete bathroom remodels using carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills
  • Follow company installation standards and procedures
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with homeowners
  • Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the installation process
  • Educate customers on product care and maintenance
  • Complete required paperwork and jobsite photos
  • Maintain installation vehicles, tools, and materials
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or bathroom installation
  • Ability to accurately measure and use hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Basic plumbing experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
