What you'll be doing...
Verizon Loyalty is a high-priority program. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional workstreams, drive operational excellence, and manage end-to-end project roadmaps to support our loyalty initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing (CMO), Legal, CX, Content, and Product teams in working team models to collate and collect all workstream updates, project calendars and deliverables and create executive readouts to senior leadership on progress.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively identify project blockers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive resolution to ensure timely delivery of program enhancements; Develop strategic governance processes for program components across marketing, product expansion, partnerships and customer experience initiatives.
  • Program Roadmap & Execution: Partner with core product teams to ensure timely end-to-end execution of loyalty initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall program strategy and business goals.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee operational lifecycles from ideation to delivery, including stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and compliance.

What we're looking for...
You are a visionary but you also know what makes business sense and how to get it done. A successful new product can literally redefine the course of a business and this knowledge encourages you. You motivate others to do their best work. When making decisions, you expertly balance the needs of all parties.
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or product management
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end complex programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable data and strategic narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Project or Product management, preferably within loyalty, fintech, or digital subscription ecosystems.
  • Experience working on and leading loyalty programs
  • Experience working with creative/design teams, traditional & digital media, digital/cx platforms, marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.
  • Experience working with AI tools like Google Gemini or Claude

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $140,500.00 - $245,000.00.
The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $140,500.00 - $245,000.00.
