What you'll be doing...
The focus of this position is driving the construction and activation of new macro cells into the Verizon network. You have a keen eye for detail, but never lose sight of the big picture. Being results-driven and well-organized, you are adept at identifying potential project roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking milestones and coordinating across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks.
  • Managing changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
  • Tracking handoff intervals and average timelines for milestone benchmarks.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with Project Managers, Functional Team Members, and Direct Management to ensure early identification of issues and timely reporting of status.
  • Standardizing reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines and tools.

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
  • Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
  • A valid Driver's License.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Wireless construction experience.
  • Experience in Tableau, Fuze, and Google.
  • Strong Excel and data analytics skills.
  • Strong time management and communications skills.
  • Strong technical and project management skills as well as excellent PC and software application skills.
  • Understanding of telecom networking, networks and technologies, equipment designs and configuration procedures, and inventory.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
