ABOUT THIS TEAM At lululemon this team is responsible for supporting DC operators on the floor with technology and hardware troubleshooting activities.

A Super User serves as a subject matter expert in DC processes and supports the communication bridge between Technology and DC associates to eliminate process inefficiencies quickly. Super Users also support the launch and go live of new WMS and MHE deployments. A DAY IN THE LIFE: WHAT YOU'LL DO Understands and displays basic troubleshooting concepts and processes Understands the process flows for all functional areas in the DC operation Understands the importance of adhering to security standards and the potential impacts to the brand due to security breach Communicates, to the appropriate audiences, clearly and concisely, in written and oral formats about decisions, plans, and tasks in a timely manner Demonstrates the understanding of target SLA's for specific functional areas Assist in testing for WMS system modifications and walk through the process operationally prior to install Support in documentation updates for all WMS system changes (process maps, job aids and SOPs) Assist with training of Floor Leaders and Supervisors on functional processes on the DC floor Assist Technology with operational issues by providing clear and accurate information on process and/or system deficiencies Testing, troubleshooting or repairing technical equipment (printers, RF devices, autobaggers, etc.) Liaison between DC floor end users and the Technology support team on site or remote Support administrative tasks when issues do not persist

Un superusuario se desempena como experto en la materia en los procesos del centro de distribucion y apoya la comunicacion entre los asociados de Tecnologia y del CD para resolver problemas y eliminar rapidamente las ineficiencias del proceso. UN DIA EN LA VIDA Actuar como enlace entre los usuarios finales del CD en el piso y el equipo de soporte de Tecnologia para clasificar, identificar causas y resolver problemas.

Apoyar el seguimiento de los problemas y proporcionar informacion clara y precisa sobre las deficiencias del proceso o del sistema. Ayudar en la resolucion de problemas y pruebas del sistema de gestion de bodega (WMS), ademas de algunas reparaciones de equipos tecnicos como impresoras, dispositivos de radiofrecuencia (RF) y maquinas empaquetadoras. Comunicar decisiones, planes y tareas a las audiencias adecuadas; de manera clara, concisa y oportuna; en formato oral y escrito.

Proporcionar capacitacion a los lideres de piso y supervisores sobre los problemas que surjan de los procesos operativos incorrectos en el piso del CD. APTITUDES Entre 1 y 3 anos de experiencia en almacenes en Manhattan 2013 o Manhattan Active. Conocimiento de los procesos y procedimientos operativose estandar del departamento. Agudeza visual para leer etiquetas, escaneres de RF y para moverse en toda la instalacion.
