Job description

Pay Range - $50.00 to $70.00 per hour
Position Details:

Contract with possible contract extension or hire
Standard site hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm (after hours and weekends as necessary)
Location: Onsite - Client site in New Albany, OH
Requirements:
Proficient in using data and analytics to support informed decision making.
Extensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of estimating engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Experience with change management processes and documentation.
Solid understanding of construction accounting, cost forecasting, and budgeting.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self driven with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
Proficient in business and industry tools including MS Office, Primavera P6, SPI (Scheduling Performance Index), CPI (Cost Performance Index), Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of telecom construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
Knowledge of low voltage/fiber, cable management, and cable audits
Assist in overseeing work schedules and performance of 40-60+ resources (technicians, safety personnel, and construction manager)
Prior experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects highly preferred.
Experience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design, build, fixed price, etc.).
